Rachel Carlson is a board certified doctor of physical therapy who earned her degree at Stockton University.
Dr. Rachel grew up in Mullica Township and attended Oakcrest High School and Stockton University. While at Stockton, she played soccer and ran track while obtaining her undergraduate and graduate diplomas. After graduation, she has attended seminars for Active Release Technique, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), McKenzie Method (MDT), TPI, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS). She focuses her therapy on functional movements and rehabilitation.
Dr. Rachel honed her skills for two years at Bacharach and is excited to start her new journey here at Optimal Health to work in the community she calls home.
