During this phase of care, we start to expand our treatments so you Move Better. We will reiterate the importance of posture, but also start to implement some rehabilitation by corrective exercise. These exercises are geared to restoring proper function in oreder to relieve pain. This will help speed along the healing process while balancing out your body, keeping pain will not arise in the future.
It is important to know you might have flair ups. They are to be expected and nothing to be concerned about. Even when your symptoms are subsiding, it is critical to continue with your treatment plan and to do your at home recommendations. The last thing you want is to stop treatment too soon and have the same problem comeback. During this phase of care, we usually want to see you anywhere between 1-2 times per week.
